Hi James,Tai Chi is an exercise prdoecure just like any other ones that we can use. However, in order to bill Medicare you would have to include the group type in your plan and identify how this will assist the patient to achieve their long-term functional goals. When you bill a group to Medicare Part B, the teaching of the program is skilled but once the patient has learned the exercise but once learned, the practice of the exercise or activity is looked on as maintenance and therefore non-skilled.
